ABOUT ME

My life has been a long and winding musical journey, but the constants have been performing, writing, and teaching. I am equally passionate about each of these aspects of music and have centered my life on finding a balance of them. I am classically trained and spent many years performing and directing music in churches and professional ensembles, but amidst this I discovered a love for writing music and began to incorporate that into my work as well. I have directed choirs of all ages and abilities and taught many young musicians how to begin to sing, write, and play in a way that is authentic to themselves. I've had the joy of hearing pieces I've written performed in front of large audiences and on the screen, and I've worked with so many wonderful people along the way. In each stage of life, my art has reflected who I am and where I am, and I am ready to share it with you!
